I was first introduced to The Budget Girls by my friend Peter at Sound & Fury. He showed me the LP cover (
On A Tight Budget, indeed) and I immediately fell in love with it. If you haven't seen the cover, it has the two very attractive singers of the band nude in a bubble bath with guitars and bottles of booze. What's not to love?
If you look closely at the credits you will notice that they don't really play any of the instruments on these records, but who cares?

I have the Get In Your Ear 7" but have it on (I think) a US label? It definitely has a different cover - slightly ruder (it involves whipped cream, cherries, and bosoms), and is on red vinyl.
The version you have is on Planet Pimp -- as far as I know the only difference is the cover art. I considered purchasing a copy on that merit alone (as it is a pretty amazing picture), but as there are already high quality scans of it available I figured I would put my hard earned money towards less available records.
