A record that people are mostly interested in because Lou Barlow played on it. The man is nothing if not prolific.
That being said, this record probably isn't going to blow your mind. After he wrote songs for Sebadoh, Sentridoh and The Folk Implosion (good thing he wasn't still contributing to Deep Wound or Dinosaur Jr.) he decided these gems would be perfect for a one-off side project.
I used to own this record many moons ago but sold it for reasons that are lost to time (probably to buy more records). I recently picked it up again at a record store in Durham, NC. What fun!
I can't figure out why the cover features a naked dude toweling off rather than an actual belt buckle.
Ladies and gentlemen, for your listening pleasure, Belt Buckle.

I played this to death.. Mary Hair especially. I remember before a Sebadoh show in Cork around 1994 asking Barlow to play some of these songs and he laughed and said they were way too stoned when they recorded this to ever remember the chords!
