Vivian Girls

We played a poorly attended show with them last summer at Silent Barn (the great Ninetynine from Australia played as well). It was ridiculously hot and that was the night that Shah sat in with us. Good times were had by all, apparently.

They seem to be doing very well for themselves as of late. Their new record sold out in less than a week! Amazing! Kudos!

Both of these discs appear to be called Vivian Girls EP, which makes knowing how to distinguish them a bit confusing. As a librarian, these things are important to me. I think I have even inadvertently named a few records (I believe that I named To/From as the disc had no information when I ripped it to iTunes and I have later seen it named as such in other places. If you look the album doesn't have an explicit name but I decided that is what it should be called as it is addressed to you from Matt & Kim. I could be entirely wrong, however). You might have noticed a keen eye to these sort of details, and the fact that if a single has two songs on it more often than not it is a b/w b. I am not sure if you are at all interested in the particulars of my classification process, but apparently that cat is already out of the bag.

I added periods to one. Problem solved.

Ladies and gentlemen, for your listening pleasure, two compact discs recordable by Vivian Girls.
